Copyright / DMCA

Every sentence on videollamadas-con-extranos.com was written by us; the rest consists of links. No photo or video file is stored on this site. The live cams behind the Start buttons run on a partner's own website, and nothing shown there is copied by us. If you nevertheless think material here infringes a copyright that you hold or represent, tell us and we will take it off the air if the claim holds. Notices are handled under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1 · Filing a takedown notice
Open the contact form and select "Copyright / DMCA". A notice we can process contains:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or of a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- the work you say was copied (for many works, a few typical examples are enough);
- the precise URL on videollamadas-con-extranos.com where the item appears;
- a way for the base to answer you (an email works);
- a good-faith assurance from you that no permission for this use exists, whether from the owner, an agent or a statute;
- your confirmation that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you may act for the owner.
With all six items in hand, we remove or disable the item quickly and then examine the claim. If an item is missing, we ask you for it.
2 · Counter-notice
Was something you published removed because of a mistake or misidentification? Reply with a counter notice through the same contact form, listing: a signature; which item vanished plus its old URL; your sworn declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; your full name and postal address; and your agreement to submit to the federal court for the judicial district covering that address. A copy goes to the sender of the original notice. If the original sender has not informed us of a lawsuit within 10 to 14 business days, the item may return.
3 · Content on other websites
Profiles, rooms and streams on any site we link to live on those operators' servers. Takedown requests about them have to go to the operator concerned, which publishes a DMCA contact of its own.
4 · Possible abuse of minors
Material that might involve a person younger than 18 is never treated as a copyright question. Report it right away to the NCMEC CyberTipline (report.cybertip.org, 1-800-843-5678), then let us know too; all links to it are removed from this site at once.
